What about PFAS in non stick cookware - would it be worth avoiding or do you feel there is sufficient evidence that it's safe? We stopped using non stick a few years ago but it's so much less convenient!

Would also really love to know more about cosmetics - do you avoid any particular cosmetic products? How could we determine which specific brands/products have pfas and what alternatives don't? The chemtox database seems so confusing to me I can't figure out how to use it! Thank you so much.
